El Expediente de Regulación de Empleo (ERE) o lo que es lo mismo Expedient de Regulació d'Ocupació (ERO) se ha convertido en un instrumento muy común utilizado por las empresas, algunas porque de verdad tienen problemas reales productivos y otras porque simple y llanamente se aprovechan de la situación para hacer "limpieza laboral".
En Rubí tenemos muchos casos, hoy quiero hablar de dos: la multinacional rubinense FICOSA (formada en Rubí por las plantas de FICOTRIAD y FICOTRANSPAR) ha decidido realizar un ERE temporal a 140 personas (el 40% de la plantilla). El otro dia los partidos nos reunimos con el comité y el dueño de la empresa. Para no estenderme demasiado paso a decir nuestras propuestas y posicionamiento.
- Rechazamos de forma terminante la recalificación de terrenos de la empresa (de industrial a urbanizable).
- Consideramos esencial y es prioridad mantener el máximo número de puestos de trabajo y que la afectación sea la mínima posible.
- Entendemos que la ayuda de dinero público (ampliación de capital) que ha dado la Generalitat el comité de empresa y representantes municipales debemos saber las condiciones en los que se efectuó esa ampliación de capital y consideramos básico que una de las condiciones esenciales es al mantenimiento de puestos de trabajo.
A partir de aquí nuestra diputada en el Parlamento Laura Massana ha estado en contacto antes y después con el comité y ha ido expresamente al Departament de Treball a pedir explicaciones y ha aclarar todas las dudas que existen sobretodo sobre la ampliación de capital y sus condicionantes.
Nuestro partido da apoyo incondicional a los trabajadores y trabajadoras de todas las empresas y ha pedido al ayuntamiento que un representante del Departament de Treball nos explique a los representantes municipales los entresijos del ERE temporal, a la vez hemos mostrado ante el comité y los representantes políticos la necesidad de explicar ante todos los trabajadores/as cual es la situación real porque creemos que no se debe de ocultar información y explicar la realidad tal y como es aunque sea dura y cruel.
Una vez más lamentamos y denunciamos que esta forma de funcionar a nivel empresarial donde unas empresas han estado durante años privatizando beneficios (quedándose los beneficios que se producían con el esfuerzo y trabajo de trabajaores/as) y cuando las cosas no van tan bien o van mal socializan pérdidas (es decir hacen pagar a los trabajadores/as la situación). Desde ICV creemos que hay que transformar esta realidad mientras tanto cada dia nos encontraremos con otro nuevo caso donde quedará clara la dureza y crueldad del sistema económico en tiempos de crisis.
Solamente anunciar que hay rumores sobre un posible ERE en la empresa rubinense BJC (JOSA), solo esperar que la situación afecte el mínimo posible a los trabajadores/as de esta empresa (en la que he trabajado) y ponerme a mi y mi partido a disposición de los trabajadores/as que lo necesiten, igualmente actuaremos en consecuencia como intentamos hacer con todas y cada una de las empresas afectadas que estan saliendo en Rubí (recordamos también a Ruffini y otras muchas) y lamentando no poder hacer lo mismo con los miles de trabajoras y trabajadores rubinenses que se quedan en el paro cada dia en empresas pequeñas, en el sector servicios (el más afectado por la crisis) y otras personas a título individual que suman al 20% de paro que hay actualmente en Rubí con más de 6.000 parados oficiales).
